One Steamboat Place

A slope side, ski-in / ski-out development located next to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Mountain Ski Resort.
The project began construction in late 2007 and welcomed its first owners in the spring of 2010. One Steamboat Place contains 80 residential units split between a 42-unit private residence club, and 38 whole ownership units.
