SV Capital managed the design, development, and construction of Chileno Bay Resort and Residences, This Auberge Resort is located in the Chileno Bay master development in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The resort, opened in February of 2017, has 41 hotel keys and 82 private residences. Amenities include full service spa, two distinct dining venues, state -of-the-art fitness and movement studio, H2O cave and activities center, kids club/teen club, theater, zero edge three tiered pool and access to the Chileno Bay Golf Club.
